 Current Research Interest

 Isotope and trace element geochemistry, with emphasis on Quaternary processes constrained by U-series and cosmogenic nuclides; chemical and tectonic dynamics of lithosphere in North America and the Himalayas; ion microprobe studies of crystal growth and magma chamber processes; ocean island volcanism; subduction-related mass transfer.
