To use these financial forms you must download the document version to your PC and fill them using Microsoft Word processor (version 2000). Then mail the filled form to the ESS office to either echou@ess.ucla.edu or gcontrer@ess.ucla.edu
You can also save the forms as templates (.dot) onto your template directory (i.e., c:/Documents and Settings/username/Applications Data/Microsof/Templates) to keep them handly.
