 Current Research Interest

Seismic hazard and active continental deformation. The study of active tectonic processes using geological and geophysical techniques, particularly paleomagnetics, to determine age of faulting, near-fault deformation, and patterns of deformation.

 Education

Ph.D., 1989, California Institute of Technology
